1. Analysis of the mechanism of the change of peel strength over time
No matter how high the surface gloss is, there are many thin holes on the surface of the object that are difficult to see by the naked eye. Although the pressure-sensitive adhesive is cross-linked, it still has certain deformation and fluidity, especially the polymer part that does not participate in cross-linking. With the extension of time, the pressure-sensitive adhesive gradually infiltrates into the open space, forming an "anchor". In addition, when attaching the PE maintenance film, although the pressure is large, the touch area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the data surface is not large. With the extension of time, the touch area gradually increases, and the force between the PE maintenance film and the maintained surface also gradually improves. Both of these effects will increase the peel strength with the extension of time.
2. Analysis of aging mechanism
The main chain of acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive is full, and it is difficult to break the main chain with general heat energy. The aging mechanism is mainly ultraviolet light aging; The substrate aging is also mainly ultraviolet aging. Guanrong adhesive has previously tested the tensile strength of PE film substrate after aging for one week at 80 ℃ and 30W ultraviolet light. The results show that the normal use temperature has little effect on its aging function, while the influence of ultraviolet light is greater. But under the action of heat and ultraviolet light, there is a synergistic aging effect.
3. Analysis of Compatibility Mechanism with Maintained Appearance Data
Acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive belongs to materials with large polarity. It is simply compatible with acrylic ester, polyester, polyurethane and other polar materials, and it is difficult to remove the PE maintenance film formed. Sometimes the small molecule substances that are not crosslinked by the pressure-sensitive adhesive will be enriched to the surface. If the force between the maintained surface data and these small molecules is large, small molecules will move and remain.
4. Mechanism analysis of viscoelastic effect
The pressure-sensitive adhesive belongs to viscoelastic data, and elastic deformation and plastic deformation occur under the action of external force. When the force speed is fast, the elastic deformation plays the most important role; When the force speed is slow, plastic deformation plays a primary role. If the maintenance film is quickly removed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive will undergo elastic deformation, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive touched by the surface to be maintained will have no time to leave the surface, resulting in residual adhesive. According to the principle of time temperature equivalence, the effect of removing maintenance film at low temperature is similar to that of quickly removing maintenance film
